Dr. Kenton R. Hill

 

Prior to establishing KRH Consulting in 1991, Dr. Kenton R. Hill was a teacher, counselor and school principal, a Vice-President at Selection Research, Inc. ( Now The Gallup Organization), and a Senior Consultant for Lee Hecht Harrison, an international career management and outplacement firm. Ken, a Certified Management Consultant, has provided performance enhancement coaching for over 400 leaders and service professionals, plus more than 75 management teams, in excess of 200 different organizations (from family-owned to Fortune 500). As he transitioned into retirement he has written and illustrated five books in The Tales of Curious Critters series for early readers. He has four grown children, six grandchildren and two great-grand children. He and his wife, Leslie, recently moved from Portland, Oregon to Cape Cod.

Dr. Leslie Rennie-Hill

 

Dr. Leslie Rennie-Hill brings over 45 years of experience from a variety of roles in public education. She has served as a teacher, administrator, professor, researcher, and consultant in middle and high schools, community colleges, and university programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Over the past 20 years, she has focused her research and daily work on secondary school reforms and the creation of systems of multiple pathways to college and career for young adults, studying strategies to increase the academic success of college-going rates for historically underserved student populations. She has also led technical assistance teams offering professional development to K-12 and higher education institutions who received grants from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Carnegie Corporation, Annenberg Institute for School Reform, Aspen Institute, and the U.S.  Department of Education.
